Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Czech Republic: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
